Appointments

Medical appointments can be arranged by phone (541) 296-2294 Monday thru Friday.

We ask that you arrive for your first visit at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete paperwork. We sometimes run late due to emergencies, surgery taking longer than expected, and patients who
have fractures.

If you have a time constraint and cannot wait much beyond your scheduled time, please let our receptionist know so your appointment can be rescheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

After Hours Contact Information

If you have a medical emergency you should contact 911 and / or report to the nearest hospital emergency department. If you would like a return call the next business day, you may leave a message on our office phone number at (541) 296-2294.

If we are currently treating you for a medical condition and you would like a return call from the orthopedic provider on-call before the next business day, please call our office phone number for instructions on how to reach the doctor on-call. Prescriptions ARE NOT filled after hours or on weekends.
